Exchange Policy:

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

* The customer is responsible for the delivery/courier charges associated with the exchange.
* The product must be fresh, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Stock availability

If the requested replacement product is out of stock, you may exchange it for another product that is:

* Equal in price, or
* Higher in price (by paying the price difference).

Please note that exchange for a product of lower value is not allowed.

Refund Policy:

* If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 working days.

* The customer is responsible for the delivery/courier charges associated with the return.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and process the cancellation promptly. However, once the product is dispatched for delivery, we will be unable to cancel the order.
